My brother and I are very grateful to Unity. The contract and closing went through seamlessly while we – the sellers – were in New York and the land was in Florida! On top of that, we received the absolute best price! Indeed, a sale price was way beyond our expectations. We unflinchingly recommend them! 

 Having inherited vacant property in Florida just as the market there collapsed in 2007, we waited a long time for a price comeback. We received numerous unsolicited offers over the years, and it was only in 2024 that prices began to approach the 2006 values. We did our research and considered listing with a realtor or selling by owner. But Unity's price in their letter was close to the realtor's listing estimate. Very pleased with our transaction with Unity. They reached out to us to purchase a piece of undeveloped property we owned. Their offer was fair, for the market value. It was much better than numerous other entities that reached out to us about the same property. Hi Unity. There had been several buyers that contacted me to purchase the parcel you just bought and they never meant what they said and ended up cancelling them at the end. When Unity contacted me to verify if I wanted to sell one of my properties, I was skeptical. I took a chance and accepted their offer. In less than a month, the parcel had been sold.
