Hi Unity. There had been several buyers that contacted me to purchase the parcel you just bought and they never meant what they said and ended up cancelling them at the end. When Unity contacted me to verify if I wanted to sell one of my properties, I was skeptical. I took a chance and accepted their offer. In less than a month, the parcel had been sold. If anyone wants to deal with a developer, I would recommend Unity. They do what they say and they mean business.
